The most useful correction points to a particular sentence and a particular source.

A paper, passage or broken reference

For a factual correction, include the disputed sentence, its page address and the paper’s title or DOI. A passage that changes the precursor question would be especially useful. For a broken reference, the page address and the link text are enough to locate it.

A definite error deserves correcting even if the result spoils the argument I started with. A tidier story would be poor compensation for a wrong claim.

Personal information and care

Please leave private health details out of correspondence. Symptom assessment, dose selection and individual suitability for DSIP require clinical care. Questions about personal treatment need the clinician caring for that person.
